1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the criceks platform (available at criceks.net and any associated mobile-optimised interface), you — the player — confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and criceks. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

criceks reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, criceks will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the criceks platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the criceks platform, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, table games, live dealer), sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets), crash games, promotions, bonuses, and all payment transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The criceks platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are accessing criceks from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for personal use;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from criceks or any affiliated platform;
• You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, criceks or any of its software or service providers in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.

criceks takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. Age verification is a mandatory step of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. No real-money withdrawal can be processed until a valid government-issued identity document — Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — has been submitted and verified by the criceks compliance team. Where criceks reasonably suspects that a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification, and any funds in the account will be held until age has been confirmed.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, or promotional offers on criceks, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered criceks account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, criceks reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any winnings or bonus credits accumulated across those accounts.

KYC Verification Requirements

As part of its commitment to safe and responsible gaming and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards, criceks operates a robust KYC verification process. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current address;

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your criceks account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. criceks will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify criceks immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. criceks accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed same-day. Requests submitted after 20:00 BST are processed on the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's own processing times. criceks reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

criceks offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the relevant offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are specified in each individual offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• criceks reserves the right to limit which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all towards bonus wagering. Game contribution rates are specified in the relevant offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Bonus Eligibility

To be eligible for any criceks bonus or promotion, you must have a fully registered and KYC-verified account in good standing. Accounts under investigation, accounts that have triggered responsible gaming limits, or accounts that have previously been found to have abused promotional terms may be excluded from promotional eligibility at criceks's sole discretion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern gameplay and sports betting on the criceks platform. By placing any bet or initiating any game, you confirm your acceptance of these rules in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.

Casino Games

All casino games available on criceks — including slots, table games, live dealer titles, and crash games — are provided by third-party certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. criceks is not responsible for errors in third-party game software; in the event of a software malfunction, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

• All bets are accepted subject to available balance in your account at the time the bet is placed.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless criceks expressly offers a cash-out feature on the relevant market.
• criceks reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error (palpable error) or where market integrity is in question. Voided bets are settled at the stake amount returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments in a match (e.g., ball being bowled, goals, wickets). Bets placed during a suspension period may be declined or voided at criceks's discretion.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed within the betting interface. criceks reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the criceks platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, or scripts of any kind;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt or fraudulent activity in relation to sports events;
• Collusion between players in live dealer or poker-format games;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to process funds obtained from illegal activities;
• Sharing account access or wagering on behalf of another person.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Closure

criceks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• The player is found to have operated multiple accounts in breach of the single account policy;
• The player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6 of these Terms & Conditions;
• criceks reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• The player has initiated a chargeback or disputed a payment in bad faith;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account would expose criceks to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, criceks reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonus balances and to withhold any winnings derived from activity that constituted a breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any available real-money balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by applicable international online gaming regulations. criceks is committed to fair and transparent resolution of player disputes. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, criceks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of your access to or use of the criceks platform. criceks's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
